Our Policy

Your information is only used for processing your order. The information that is collected during the checkout process including recipient information and billing information is used to correctly process the order and deliver the order from our headquarters.

Delivery policy:

We offer a variety of delivery options to meet your needs. Our delivery fee is dependent on both the size of your order and your distance from our headquarters. We will include this fee as part of your quote. We also offer express delivery and installation for an additional fee.

We deliver Monday through Saturday, between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM.

Outdoor Decor:

Since we have no control over wind, rain, sun, temperature, or any other facet of weather, THERE IS NO GUARANTEE POLICY FOR OUTDOOR DECOR! We will take steps to minimize the effects of the elements on your decor, but despite our best efforts, most outdoor decor is subject to popping, oxidation/fogging, and/or movement caused from the wind. Please understand that there will be no refunds or discounts for loss, breakage or failure or decor due to factors outside and beyond our control.

We also CANNOT guarantee indoor decor that is within 10 feet of a door leading outside, as the door opening and closing exposes the decor to the outside elements.

Payment Policy

We accept cash, Venmo and Zelle. We get 50% of payment at the order time. For projects that cost more than $ 350 the down payment is 75%. The rest is due at the time of delivery.

Refund and Cancellation:

Cancellations made more than 4 days in advance are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Cancellations made less than 4 days in advance are non-refundable. This policy is to cover the preparations that have been made for the order.

No refunds will be given for a cancelled order that costs more than $ 350 and is a balloon backdrop or garland after the arrangements have been blown up.

Custom-painted balloons are not eligible for return.
